You don't need an email address to view rental listings, however, if you're a landlord or property manager, you will need an email address to create an account.

Q: How can I make changes to my ad?
Simply login to your account, find the listing you want to make changes to and click the corresponding 'Edit' link.

Q: Can I preview my ad?
Yes, simply login to your account, find the listing you want to preview and click the corresponding 'Preview' link. It will show you how your ad appears in both detailed and search views.

Q: How do I include a photo with my ad?
Login to your account, find the listing you want to add photos to, and click the corresponding 'Edit Photo' link.

Q: My apartment is rented but my ad is still posted online. What should I do?
Rental listings are active for 30 days. Once your property is rented we recommend you click the 'Display as Rented' button, located on the My Listings page, to let users know that your property has been rented.
